What the license permits

You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute Memoree, including for personal use and internal use within commercial organizations and agentic systems.

What requires an agreement

You may not sell Memoree itself, a renamed or modified fork, or a hosted, managed, consulting, or support offering whose value derives entirely or substantially from Memoree without a separate commercial agreement with the Licensor.
